I am a lurking(from WAMUQ) and what you said could apply to nearly any BK company that is publicly traded. The commons seem to get cancelled but as of late, more folks are banding together and starting their own equity committies(EC) and demanding a say in the negotiating tables around the country. One could say, we have seen how the rich folk does it and we will fight them with our(their) money!

There is an outcry for JUSTICE in our country and we need balance put back into our judicial system and have the Judges recognize the common folks who built this country and stop giving into the elite class that seem to be above the law, maybe?
