Yeah. Nothing about sand/soil separation from sorbent.
That's the beauty of being able to leave the oil-soaked(locked up) Mop sorbent in the soil: it can be classified as a solid waste and be allowed to be digested by those little microbes.
Nothing about separating soils from the Mop sorbent. But.....as JJ(for Jenius) suggested,the sorbent that has captured the oil and is now mixed in the sand or soil can be further separated by the hydro-hating(forgot the term)quality of the Mop sorbent.......allowing the oil-laden sorbent to "float" away from the soil when the whole combo is mixed in water. Of course......that would have to be a LOT of water.
But JJ can expand on that since he's been trained(in primary school) on the separations process smile
(just funnin' JJ !)

Man!'gotta figure all this stuff out ourselves!
