From my understanding you are correct. The process with MOP is you mix it with the soil and the microbes do the rest. You never have to remove MOP from the soil.
About the MOP cat.....There is no ONE pc of equipment that can handle the mess in the gulf by itself. I understand that the MOP cat is a tiny machine...even if we have 1000 mop cats its nothing compared to whats in the gulf. They have hundred of big tankers and ships and boats in the gulf and they look like tiny dots compared to the amount of oil that is out there. You have to start somewhere. Its all about what works. We are going to need the help of many companies to clean up this mess. We just need a slice of the pie.
