More questions. Not expecting any answers:

Does it seem strange that NOK would sign a 3G agreement, pay tens of millions for further development of 3G, and then use NONE of those improvements in their past or future 3G handsets or infrastructure?

Will IDCC have to go thru its entire portfolio of 3G patents, to see if some 250-odd, and hundreds more claims, are also not used? What a colossal job for both IDCC and the courts! What a colossal expense!

Why does NOK repeatedly say in the 3G suit that they're not "actively" engaged in inducing others to infringe on IDCC patents? Will this be one of Howard's counter claims?
