I am still waiting to have you support your statement that most of Q's WCDMA royalty is from WCDMA handset sales as opposed to WCDMA Infrastructure..Tick, Tick,Tick..

My $300 Million is based on Third Party estimates of Nokia's WCDMA Infrastructure sold to date and their projected dual mode GSM/3G or cdma2000 handsets to be sold 2005-2006 which will be paid to IDCC as per 3G royalty ..and of course all WCDMA- cdma2000 Infrastructure sales..

Please articulate the basis for your assertion that Nokia will owe IDCC the liquidated sum certain of $300 mil for use of IDCC`s 3G IPR through 2006.
