Shell’s pseudo-retraction doesn’t change what they really think about Chavez and doing business in Venezuela.

The answer to the quiz is… HES! The reason: HES does business with Venezuela via a 50/50 refining JV whose hard assets are on US soil. As long as Venezuela continues to supply the crude oil for the JV, HES has no complaints.
