Dewdiligence i guess those waxman types wherever they are, will still be wrong all their life. they are morons with power - they cant seem to understand risk, allocation of capital, best use is oil right now and because industry has not allocated capital to other forms of energy - they call it stranded capital because return/payoff is many years out to invest in gas etc
now if only we stay in a permament depression, we might be able to do with less oil and less government.
