Maritime Defense Systems International, LLC. a privately held Florida Corporation and Radix Marine, Inc., a Publicly Traded Nevada Corporation (RDXM) have executed a Letter of Intent to enter into a Strategic Partnership Agreement wherein, MDSI will install a scaled down version of its Automated Counter-Piracy System on the Radix Marine GB12 - Manned and Un-manned - 12 meter patrol boat.
