skitahoe, I hope that you are right! I just have one small question. If that were the core issue, then why hasn't Fayiz ever said so to the investors? That would be a curious omission of facts from PRs.

There could be yet another reason for his silence and hiding. Age and senility. Possibly Fayiz is simply losing it and someone should take over in his shoes. My worry there is that that someone may do an R/S in a heartbeat.
