Well, let's see what happens after the deadline for final filing, I think that is July 18, 2010.

If LIQR does not finalize their filing against DKAM than I will eat my words, but if they do then posters who believe that DKAM is going to win this can eat their DKAM shares, because that will be a better use for them since they will have more nutritional value than trading value.

Remember I said a few weeks back that LIQR upped the ante on the litigation, did anyone ever stop to think that they were waiting for DKAM to show some figures on where all those back orders that LIQR created were filled so that they can finally claim actualized damages...

That is what I would do if I had to sue someone for work I had done and was not paid for, I would wait until they showed the fruits of my labor to strike, then I would maximize the only asset I could get, which is stock shares.

By the way, suppose DKAM won, they are suing for $500K, that is less than 84,000 shares at the current LIQR prices, but if DKAM looses, even if they only loose the original amount of the litigation, it is lights out for every DKAM shareholder and for PK. PK sure has a lot riding on this one, and LIQR has very little on the line. You do the math.

Boston knows that I have been right many times before...
