liqr seems like they are just trying to stay afloat. why waste money on a lawsuit that you know you're going to lose? this case will probably never make it to court. they were probably hoping for a settlement from dkam...not realizing that dkam wasn't stupid and would hold ground and not be scared off by silly tactics.
