Chuck, What truly puzzles me is that he has been in this cloud of secrecy back when the O/S was at 2B and he was talking about executing a share buy-back. So the secrecy made sense since he wants a LOW PPS for the buy-back. THENNNN we find out that he wasn't buying, rather he was selling shares and now we are at 4.7B.

It has never made sense to me. If his plan was to sell 2.7B in shares to raise $$ to expand operations, then a smart CEO would be PR'ing the positive, growing financials and pps market forces would have netted him a small fortune after selling those 2.7B shares. Instead he sells them for .001 or .002 ?

The only logical explanation that I can come up with now is that he has not been truthul about this company growing and being in the black. HOWEVER, my gut does not believe that. My gut tells me that he has been truthful in his PRs.

So we continue to wonder......
