The scammers keep raising the amount of money available, the level of those involved

It gets more bizarre by the day.

Now Cottrell also claims Bonney was never the "Paymaster", although Al's clients seem to think so, or anyone who read World Reports..

Also, Cottrell claims there are "court documents" that no one has seen. Good grief! They believe everyone is an idiot.

I just spoke with Cottrell.. According to him, Bonney never was the paymaster for CMKX. He stated that our money that is reportedly set aside was the result of Maheu and the government signing an agreement. He referred to it as a Court document. I asked him if Al had a copy of the Court document...He stated that he did not think so (WTF!!)

The more questions asked, the more questions that arise. It is time for some real answers!!

How does Cottrell know of these documents? Did he see it himself? If they were court documents, should it not be made public? These were good questions that could have been asked.

The only way Cottrell knows anything about CMKX is based on what he is told by Al. Cottrell could care less about our situation (he has told me that multiple times). He has not seen the documents and he doesn't know if Al has seen the documents (he doesn't think he has)...

If you have some more good questions, feel free to call Cottrell yourself.

very_tired15: Well.. AH told me this information on THursday or FRiday and told me it was not to be disseminated on the boards. He also told other plaintiffs, but some plaintiffs speak more than others, even when instructed not to do so.
