Janice, now that I have ponder on this.....lol

I believe you did catch something there. From the very beginning the plaintiffs, Hodges, clark, and World Reports contradicted each other. These folks could never coordinate their stories.

According to World Reports both Bonney and Cottrell are now Hodges clients.

A rift could have been brewing between these two camps with Hodges in the middle. For some unknown reason Hodges did not want the news about Bonney made public. Could be because he knew Bonney would be pissed off (did Bonney forget to read World Reports? lol).

I have my opinions, others can speculate for themselves. Ignoring the situation won't get to the truth of the matter.

I guess we saw Bonney's bye bye coming! lol

Cottrell has been associated with Story for some time. Bonney doesn't appear to be one of Story's buddies; somehow or other Hodges got to know him on his own: you'll recall that in one of his first letters, Krazy Al says that he'd like for Story to contact the Queen, while he tries to do the same through his own Important Friend Bonney.

Do you think Story was talking about Bonney here?

We perceive that operatives trusted by yourselves to achieve results are themselves engaged in doing deals ‘behind your back’, and thereby in effect treating you with scorn and derision.

How is it that this veteran observer can see this clearly and you cannot? You should stop taking risks with these people. None of them can be trusted, and there are no exceptions to this rule. Surely you can understand this by now.

hmm. I never thought about it. When Story starts his anti-American BS it turns me off and I lose interest.

But THAT is an interesting possibility.

If Cottrell has been waiting on funds for a couple of years, who is the paymaster he has been dealing with? I am guessing Bonney!

Is it possible that Bonney and Cottrell are at odds because for the past two years, Bonney has been giving Cottrell excuse after excuse?

Just some things to think about!
