Obviously any shareholder or anyone associated with the company would much rather see the PPS dramatically increase. You see this kind of thing on every pink sheet message board, so it's nothing specific to EIGH. Promoters always post how lucky everyone is to get the "cheapies" when the price drops, and the same promoters always post how meaningful and awesome it is every time the prices rises by even the smallest amount.
