Do you know if answers to questions can reference a post,
posted on IH here, as in the form of a link?

If so, then Matt could organize a means to deposit IH on that place
in the form of where people discuss issues identified as needing
both direct answers, and follow-ups.

Then folks totally unaware of IH would be clued-in.
