Yes, it is strange.

This is indeed strange.
The 0.0009 s are still there.

But...looks to me like a mistake made by an MM. Notice that most of Thursday's trades printed at 0.0001. Makes sense to think someone put in an order to sell at 0.00009, and the MM making the trade goofed and left out a zero.

Naturally the seller wouldn't have complained, and that's why the trades weren't busted.
