I think we're in a highly critical stage right now, legally. That mean lots of evidence gathering, from a myriad of sources, to address so many different points brought up by Sam. They have to get everything right, while presenting it succinctly, and with utmost clarity. There also could be other things going on, possible negotiations over the scheduling request, for instance, that Sammy, the one who posts here, mentioned. This endless, delaying process can't go on, where its allowed to be abused, cannot continue. That could be a sticking point. We don't know.

I remain confident in the technology and in the legality of the contract, in its binding Sam to it. Those are the two most fundamental issues, ones you must have on your side. As to communications to shareholders, we all would like to see an opening up of the process. Its extremely challenging, to stay positive and confident, I know.

I'm anxious to see Paul's legal response. I think it will take us much deeper into what is going between parties.
