Bought a very nice chunk here and still accumulating. It's obvious now what has happened. Uneducated investors have sold since they immediately assume something tragic has happened since there has been no news. It's now obvious that the news flow stopped just as the registration was filed. One can deduce that the company can't or won't announce anything until the registration goes effective. It's a guess but i think it's a pretty darn good one. It makes perfect sense now. Thanks Cabel.
