I hope anyone speaking up in court is not doing so because they are an ihubber or because ihubbers say they should or should not do it.
One must be willing to do what they want based only on their choice.

I don't think we should risk slowing down the legal process or disrespecting the court. On the other hand if someone wants to speak out, it is their right to do so and I support that right knowing they will be escorted from the court room most likely.

The way and the style in which the speaker conducts their "protest" is key to the effectiveness. Do it respectfully, no profanity and one or two simple sentences stating your thoughts.
