If the company is really all that bad, especially dating back to 2001, then why are they the #1 financer of public companies? Posting statements and court documnets dosent make a stock a buy or a sell. For instance this one basher on RB always post that MELLON FINANCIAL vs. MELLON RESEARCH. Big deal that lawsuit only has to do with the name. It has no legal repurcusions.
