Ot, Stow, Are you sure it is the Algae cauing the blisters...
I used to be involved with bottom painting in fresh water and some boats (one in particular) had blisters really bad.... The blisters I am talking about have a liquid in them, may be something different... All of the boats I was involved with were pulled out of the water over winter.
