Seems to me there's no ? here. I'm not so sure AHEC cares if the hearings delayed or not. I just looked and there's no motion for a stay from them. They could just be savin' a nickel and lettin' the term lenders do it. I see no problem with that time frame. Unless somebody, SM/BOD, or other party, asks that the appeal be expedited, it won't be heard until after the holiday. Unless it's clear cut, and even if it is, the judge'll take a day or three to issue his ruling, and then you've got the filing to the appellate court. All of that takes us to the end of July, beginning of August and the appellate hearing isn't even scheduled. So unless it's expedited it's probably middle end of August before there's a valuation hearing, if there is one.
