That's what I'm thinking, any little portion of the appeal being granted would be great and even a complete denial would lead to another appeal. If the judge grants the appeal and overrules Sontchi, that will be appealed. The problem is we would need delays until at least the end of July if not the second week of August.

I'd love to know the game plan the AHEC is going with. Are these appeals they believe they can win? Are these appeals that are designed to delay the proceedings? Are they just appeals because the lawyers are going to keep hammering and hammering in order to get some more concessions?
