Challenge?
I have proven to this public forum my relationship with BEHL
by posting both the Letter from Monique and the stock certificate that the company has verified.
If I were to post the LOI signed by BEHL & Wintec that would be a serious breech of confidentiality and subject me to a lawsuit...which I am not willing to engage in at this time.
Ask all the legal gurus here and they will confirm that ..I am not a party to their contract but it is between BEHL & Wintec.
Palm Springs is way beyond that and is not hostile to any legitimate entrepreneur. No we consider BEHL a blimp in our lives here! (sorry, Blip)
LOI are not binding on anyone but simply state the intentions and terms of each party should they enter into a legally binding agreement at a later date which would be binding. BEHL has enough of these to wall paper town hall! That's why the so called $6m contract for Algae is not binding and if it exists, can't raise money for the company.
I assume this responds to your challenge?
I have been right , substantially about all I have written here, perhaps over zealous in attacking the company ...but sometimes demonstrative action is needed to make a point! I have a great sense of humor about all this ...it's a surreal world and It encourages me to do a start up..of my own ...just for the reaction...there are so much money out there for just giving "Hope" ...even the audacity of it!..if you get my meaning!
