If you will go back and read what I wrote you will realize that I made no derogatory statement about CBAI other than their CEO made a very poor financial choice. That choice did and will in fact nagetivly impact the value of the stock. I think he should, in the interest of the shareholders (and he still is one) make public his reason for selling his shares. (But the board will advise against it)
After all, my portfolio and his dropped 5.26% today alone and even more since 6/1/2010.

Hence the validation for my original statement.
