Put in a double bottom, MACD has turned positive, Accumulation / Distribution on incline, CMF headed toward baseline zero, PPO turned positive, chiOsc is off the hook Positive which means the MM's are actively accumulating shares, [which might have something to do with form T's - holding back trades. I've seen MM's use form T's many times to accumulate shares or hide trades just before letting it go.
Form T's should not be thought as synonymous to dilution.]
See how the 10 DMA flat lined and is starting to curl up? The 10 DMA was in incline up to .006 when in April it reversed. Now the 10 DMA is reversing again, it bottomed out along with the chart and is ready to snap back again.
