You forgot to include the New York Department of Environmental Conservation who is in on the scam.

But since they'll be the ones issuing the permits, who cares? JBII can produce toxic waste that mutates small children into vampires, but as long as the NYSDEC is in on the scam, it looks like the permits are going to be good to go IMO. :)

Hopefully there won't be too much oxygen though, I agree, pouring into the air outside. Just think what could happen if somebody breathes some of that stuff in? The last time I saw a dude take in too much oxygen he was at the bottom of a lake with scuba gear on. Scary stuff.
