jimmy, you're delusional if you believe the DOJ handed down RICO indictments with no plans to go after them. The DOJ/SEC/IRS invested a great deal of time and money investigating them. And grand juries are costly, too. The Feds are not going to let them walk away.

The Feds take action in their own time, not ours.

Wasn't it you who always asked where the SEC complaint against Urban was, or why the DOJ hasn't indicted Urban yet?
