I might be wrong on my interpretation, but I got it from their latest (unaudited) balance sheet. It would not be exact, of course, giving the officers holding, stock option, etc. You could go through their balance sheet and give me your thinking.

They have 1.2 billion shares issued and 642,500,940 OS. That is the card they could use, when appropriate like after launching the preproduction unit, etc. At this point, they even go in the opposite direction by retiring some OS. That is a signal that I read that they are financially ok at this point.
