Could be wrong but I thought 15c211's only come into play on the higher exchanges....as in the OTCBB ? --- DMXC was a Pink & not a BB , right ?
Pinky's don't require this from what I've seen (again , I could be wrong ?)...their minimal unaudited filings , accompanied by a letter from their lawyer gets them a 'current' (or better) status on the Pinks. This is evidenced by their pre-stop order filing status....I see no 15c211 in their filing history , which was acceptable before the stop came into effect.

Either way....I sure hope this gets resolved in our favor , quickly. There's 'gold' in them thar hills from what I hear....some of it 'ours' (I hope).
