Hunder you posted this:

And that very point was pointed out at the time. It was not an IPO and in the real world of stocks there is no such thing as a price "re-set" of share price...I never understood that part of it, I mean how could people fall for such a thing seeing as such a thing never happened before and how could anyone actualy believe that someone like Rufus could "re-set' the price of shares from bearly pennies to $15pps or more. That was a huge red falg and so many just could not see it.

Let me give you an example:
For years i've been seating back, and reading some of the posts of the so called intellectual experts in the market place on this board!!
Making huge statements like you're one above, as of a RESET in the stock market does not exist, and the $15 reset that was promised could never take place!!
I have seen people post this multiple times when have you ever seen a stock " Reset? " it doesn't happen their are reverse splits forward splits but their isn't such a thing as a reset!
All talk with no real research with facts and Evidence to back up anything that is said!!

Well let me provide a a very important piece to the puzzle, to how a reset was supposed to work:

Lets take a very important fragment from the filing 10-KSB:

The Corporation hereby chooses option (c) to reset the Share value to an equivalent of $15.00 by issuing additional shares to each shareholder of record as of the close of business on October 16, 2006, the issuance date of the Reset shares is October 30, 2006 10 business days from the filing of this form 10-KSB.

The ratio of share issuance will use the following formula ($15.00 divided by the Actual Closing Price on October 16, 2006 (X) minus Actual Closing Price on October 16, 2006) (15 / X - X).
Can such thing as a "RESET" of $15 as promised take place market well over the tears many have That the

Now lets look at some of the bonds held by CSHD and RPH, were supposed to Work!!!

A convertible bond is a bond (i.e. a loan to the issuer) that can be converted into common shares of the issuer. A convertible bond can be valued as a combination of a straight bond and an option to purchase the company's stock.

See! if the SEC did not get involved when they did, to protect both themselves and their friends as they were caught with the pans down, and had no why out of this well thought out plan, things would have been very different!!!

Can we all say 6-1!! GAME OVER!!
