No proof wat so ever that there was any NSSing in CSHD much less massive naked shorting............. Again NSSing is not a issue here, the issue is the fraud lies and missrepresentations put out by Rufus in his PRs and "chats" as well as what he put on the CVSU web site, all fraud and lies and illegal.And no CSHD was never a legit company, it was all based on fraud, CSHD had no business operations of any kind, no revenues (besides selling shares) no J/Vs,no funding,no assets nothing is was a scam from the very start.
