Why is it so important to you that there was no naked shorting? Why do you care if there was or wasn't? There is no iron clad proof of NS...the DTCC is clothed in secrecy...but the fact that you won't even accept the possibility of it.....I have always found that most interesting. Where it becomes an issue is where did the money go? Everyone wants to say Rufus has it...but we know there is no proof of that either, don't we? If some miscreants somewhere sold shares naked short, and profited from it...wouldn't you care about that?

Rufus is a loser in this...in the end, he got nothing. I want to know who the winners were.
