I am sorry if you took it as a personal attack. I just wanted to provide additional information.

Each additional settlement is important. What is missing is deal in which MMPIQ settles a loan for less than UPB, sorry, unpaid principal balance. Now that would be a real win.

Finally, I cannot remember one instance in which my response to you on this subject has been negative.
