Hodges confirms that the DTCC isn't involved with any CMKX allege shareholders funds. All that DTCC nonsense came from chatter on the message boards. Hodges has to go looking for another source to point a figure at because shareholders can't accept the concept that Maheu was used just as Judge Brenda Murray pointed out. Murray was one of many the Xers had to turn into villains to justify/support their bizarre conspiracy sting theories. agoodbadgirl was the head cheerleader bashing Judge Murray and called her a "dope". Actually, Murray hit the mark.
So now that the DTCC is out of the picture the most obvious target for Hodges would be the SEC. Oddly enough, one of his plaintiffs has an interesting history with the SEC's case against CMKX.
