Dear Mr. Glenn,
I would like to ask your opinion about a coperation i am forming. I am staking claims for a diamond mine in Canada and a gold mine in South America. I am wondering if you have any ideas how many shares i can legally issue, and if there is any way that i could "bend" the securities rules so that i can issue Hundreds of Billions of shares, and keep the money, so i can pay off my gambling debts.
