M. A. PINO, PRESIDENT


Mr. M. A. Pino, the President and CEO, has been in the financial services and real estate industry for over 10 years. Originally, he started as a mortgage broker in the family business in Arizona. The family company, Capital Realty and Capital Mortgage, was a strong and thriving company selling commercial and residential real estate, while also processing mortgages. After moving on from the family business, Mr. Pino transitioned into the position of private banking services. In this role, he has traveled extensively specializing in providing financial services to institutional and private clients world wide. Through his extensive background in financial services, he has created this company, Mellon Research, Inc., as a vehicle for emerging companies in China to have a public presence in the United States.



DAVE NGUYEN, VICE PRESIDENT-MARKETING


Dave received his education from Wayne State University in the College of Engineering. His experience is 14 years of design engineering for major companies, including General Motors, Boeing and Honeywell. As of recent years Dave has made the transition to financial services. He will be handling the marketing and promotion of Mellon Research, Inc. He has a strong base of business relationships and will capitalize on those contacts to expand our client base.


H. Katsaros, Secretary

Ms. H. Katsaros, the Secretary, received her education from Central Michigan University. Her background is in Economics, where she applied her first business application as an intern at Smith Barney Shearson. Post graduation she received excellent training and customer relationship management experience from her work at EDS (Electronic Data Systems). In this position she was an Executive Assistant to the General Manager of Customer Care at Pontiac. Later, Holly moved to the Southwest and took a position with a computer reseller of hardware and software products. Her role with Mellon Research is administrative and helps to process requested information and customer care.


We will continue to work overtime in an effort to increase our shareholder value.
