Seen this occur numerous times after huge spikes.
There is a couple of early buys. Then when the price fails to hold, short-term investors with profits run for the exit all at the same time. This creates an oversold situation and then buyers return. All of this happens within the first hour.
I saw it happen in FMNTQ. It had moved up to $.30. It dropped back down in a similar fashion. Once it got back to $.28, I bailed out. Huge mistake on my part. It eventually moved to $1.00.
I am not putting a target out there. Just trying to explain something I have seen too many times.
Regarding Taylor, as a form filer, his trades would have to be disclosed. No one should expect to see any reported sales. I view his investment in MMPIQ similar to Ackman and GGP - a long-term investment seeking maximum results. He and his team produce quality results. I suggest everyone check it out.
