petermantx --I believe ERHE would give all the drilling info they have to NSAI. My wondering is if NSAI would need to contact Sinopec to check the info that ERHE gave them and also to request additional info or clarification. Wonder what happens if NSAI requests something from Sinopec and they refuse to cough it up because of tight hole status. There could be (speculating here) a qualifying statement in the NSAI report saying our analysis is based on info given to us and is not complete since we could not obtain additional info or clarification of such and such from Sinopec. (Man, wouldn't that frost the reputation of Sinopec.)
