When you look at how NSAI is viewed by the oil industry, I don't think they get hookwinked often (if at all). They know drilling occurred since their last report and they will request drilling data to make an informed new report.
I don't see how ERHC could request the NSAI report and then not give all drilling data to them. They also would not feed erroneous info to them so I am not worried about that.
