Eh, everyone that owns a business knows, if someone walks in willing to pay the price you are asking, you will get however many they order. So, really if BP walked in and said we want 5000 delivered next week, Mr. Diamond will find a way to get it to ship. So, saying that this company or that company doesn't have enough to supply BP is really a misnomer, as every company is shipping what BP has ordered as far as I know. It is on BP's shoulders to put the orders in.
