I imagine they said everything they could say
considering the military application. I would assume
sensor information is infra-red or UV sensor info combined
(timecode sync'ed) with real time video. Satellite, drone, ground etc.

The IceWEB 5000 is the user interface to be able to analyze
and combine all the incoming info as well as accessing
large amounts of stored video or data. If you think about
even normal consumer video, streaming, continuous etc you are talking
about huge amounts of data. In short it ain't no Commodore 64.

To me this means that for the company to grow it will use
many sales channels with each supplying services/skills going
up the cloud food chain. i.e. data acquisition, data storage, data anaylsis and manipulation and display.
