There is some debate about time frame - some say the pattern can go to 12 weeks, which we have just passed. Most the time, the patterns are short - say 1-4 weeks. This isn't a chart play, but a chart is a chart. With the knowledge that the team is buying into this one as an FLD (which includes several millionaires), plus the fact this chart looks very familiar, i'm looking on the bright side.
