Yes Dude, Let's lay this out again as you have:

1. Debtors provide ALL requested documentation to Susman. From there we await the EC's version of a POR or settlement, OR further aggressive law suits.

2. Debtors deal with an Examiner, exhumer and grave diggers!

3. Debtors, FDIC and JPM Chase agree with the EC's version of justice and fairness and a settlement is reached.
