I do work in the construction field doing plenty of custom homes. Yes, businesses slowed but I can tell you this....it's picking back up.
That is why with the recently announced projections, I believe it. This is why I really like the merger done recently.
Residential businesses do add up. $20-$30 million + homes, I never seen it, but I have worked on $4-6 million homes that are located inside a country clubs.
