I think what we're seeing is a move to cold, hard cash at this point. With the longer term wave count, I think we're going to see more liquidation take place. I've read quite a bit on Robert Prechter's outlook for markets as a whole. He basically said that there was no safe haven in what was coming and that cash was the best place to be. That was part of his bullish outlook on the dollar last year when it was getting trashed and all the headlines were talking about the US dollar being replaced.

We're seeing the beginnings of a change in market perception. That idea of it all being put in a sock really isn't as far fetched as it may sound.
