reason why i contacted the
SEC re: EXPH this time around

because as i posted to others .. i strongly *refuted*
the CONTENT and *imo* based on observing the
*trades* subsequent to its posting .. its TIMING

just a reminder ~ i've already posted what transpired
and it's no secret i keep logs on every *trade* done on EXPH
and i have done so since summer 2009

those who know me .. know i've never hesitated to
make a phone call and ask questions ~ this call
was a *particularly* easy one to make ..

as i've said for close to 2 years now .. i believe in
the integrity of what mgmt has publicly stated and i'll
leave it at that

i have no desire for this to become a tit for tat
and as of my call and subsequent email to the SEC
last week ~ it passed out of my hands and is now
the call of the SEC (which is fine by me)

the bottom line is my *take* on FORM D .. was correct
my comments re: PP and pps .001 *were correct* and i
stand by my comments of those shares being *restricted*
for one year .. again fully cognizant of the basics
those shares are included in the OS .. and what some may
*DO* with those shares is out of mgmt's *control* once
issued
