Yesterdays seeding lines up well with the track marks in the cloud formations which looked like it was pulling air up from the South. I'm sure it is fringe to most but they most certainly have total control of the jetstream. I would assume they are trying to draw all the moisture up and out for now and will be doing so for quite some time.
