It has been brought up that ABI intentionally is trying to hold back the shares from moving. If that is the case these moves like the golf course sale and the 1/2 price mill are great ways of discouraging investors from buying and are certainly giving cause for some to sell. It is purely a waiting game now. If we get a pop on EC file I would not be suprised. If it is appoved, well you can only imagine. If it is not approved it is not necessarily the end game either.
